3. Return Request Window
You must request a return within:
24 hours of delivery for damaged / wrong / missing products.
After this time window, we may not be able to process the return.

6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched.
Once shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 1–3 working days.
7. Delivery Refusal
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, refund may not be provided.
